Richard is an owning Partner and Head of Transaction teams at Daniel Watney Partnership. His experience covers a wide range of commercial property within various sectors, including offices, retail, charity and not-for-profit.

With a background in providing landlord, tenant and valuation advice, Richard delivers a unique perspective when advising tenants, owner occupiers, landlords and investors on all transactional elements including the acquisition and disposal of property leasehold and/or freehold in central London.

Richard is currently advising on a number of deals in Central London. Recent transactions include the sale of buildings on Clerkenwell Green, Shaftesbury Avenue and High Holborn. In addition, Richard provides ongoing asset management and strategic property advice to some of the businesses most prominent clients.
